Basic Example
This is an effective method for creating small employee lists while simultaneously adding identifying information such as First Name, Last Name, Company and Job Title.
1. Navigate to the Employees page and click 'New Employee List'
2. With 'Manually Import' checked, add employee information in the relevant inputs and click 'Add' - the only mandatory field is the Email Address. All other fields are optional.
3. Once the employees have been added, click 'Save'. The employee list has now been created.
Advanced Example Using Additional Attributes
1. Navigate to the Employees page and click 'New Employee List'
2. With 'Manually Import' checked, click "Show All Fields.." then add employee information in the relevant inputs and click 'Add'
3. Once the employees have been added, you will be able to click on the hyperlinks in the "toggle fields" section to expose the new fields you have created. Click 'Save'. The employee list has now been created
Finally, please ensure all domains associated to the employees (e.g. the company.com portion of support@company.com) have been verified for phishing in the CanIPhish platform. Please follow the Employees - Domain Verification article for a walkthrough on how to do this.
Editing Added Employees (Individual)
If you wish to edit an employee's information after they have been added, you can do so by clicking on an individual cell in the table. All information can be edited except the email address.
Editing Added Employees (Bulk)
You can also perform a bulk edit by selecting the relevant employees from your user table. Next, choose the field you want to edit from the dropdown menu and enter the new data in the text field. For example, we’ll update the "Custom #1" field, changing it from Liverpool to Manchester.
