CanIPhish is designed from the ground up to be 100% self-serve. We give you the ability to purchase and manage your subscription from within your tenant. For subscriptions above 1000 users, please contact the team for a custom quote.
Purchase a new subscription
Purchasing a new subscription is done from within your CanIPhish tenant.
- At the top right, click Upgrade Subscription or click Subscription & Billing > Purchase Subscription
- Use the toggle button to select your desired subscription option, either Pay Monthly or Pay Yearly. Both options are the Professional tier. To purchase the Enterprise tier, simply tick the Upgrade to Enterprise check box.
- Enter the number of employees you have.
- Click Purchase Subscription.

Proceed through checkout, and your subscription will be automatically attached to your tenant.
Example: This Australian-based customer is about to purchase a 170-user, annual license on the Professional Tier.
Upgrade a current subscription
You can upgrade your subscription at any time, whether you're adding more users or moving to a higher tier. We have an explainer video with step-by-step instructions on how to upgrade
Adding additional users
- Head to Subscription & Billing > Manage Subscription
- You'll be redirected to our payment gateway, and your current subscription tier will be highlighted
- Enter the total number of users you want on your subscription
- Click Continue
- You'll now see the prorated cost that factors in your current subscription
- Proceed through checkout
Upgrading to a higher tier
- Head to Subscription & Billing > Manage Subscription
- You'll be redirected to our payment gateway, and your current subscription tier will be highlighted
- Select the tier you want to move to (using the toggle button to move from monthly to yearly) and select button to highlight the tier you want to move to.
- Enter the total number of users
- You'll now see the prorated cost that factors in your current subscription

Proceed through checkout
Example: This customer is moving from Professional to Enterprise with 170 licenses.
