Can I cancel at anytime?

Yes, you can cancel anytime no questions asked. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period. We would also highly appreciate any feedback that can improve our service.

How does per employee pricing work?

CanIPhish limit the unique email addresses that can be emailed, based on the number of employees specified in your subscription. These email addresses are refreshed monthly.

The listed plans don't suit my needs

Depending on the situation, the capabilities listed may not fulfil your requirements (e.g. having 10,000+ employees). If this is the case, please contact us.

Can I upgrade and downgrade subscriptions?

You have full control over your subscription. If you change subscriptions then the change will occur immediately with the invoice being prorated based on your old and new plans.

Example Pricing Scenarios

1. Healthcare Provider (ABC Healthcare): 200 employees and wants to run trainings once a month.

ABC Healthcare recently had one of their employees phished and wants to train their staff to be more cyber aware. As part of this, they want to run monthly phishing training campaigns into the foreseeable future.
Recommended Subscription: Yearly 200 employee subscription.
Note: CanIPhish provide a 33% discount for yearly subscriptions and also provides automated monthly campaigns.

2. Education Provider (XYZ School): 500 employees and wants to run trainings once a quarter.

XYZ School wants to stay ahead of cyber criminals and periodically train their staff to spot the phish. As part of this, they want to run quarterly phishing training campaigns into the foreseeable future.
Recommended Subscription: Yearly OR Monthly 500 employee subscription.
Note: CanIPhish provide a 33% discount for yearly subscriptions and also provides automated quarterly campaigns. To ensure there are no disruptions and to take advantage of automation, XYZ School may decide to lock-in for a year.

3. Managed Services Provider (Cyber Corp): 10 customers, totaling 1000 employees and wants to run trainings once a year.

Cyber Corp are an MSP who provide a variety of security services to their customers, including security awareness training. As part of this, they offer yearly trainings to their customers and need a flexible subscription so they can upgrade/downgrade when needed.
Recommended Subscription: Monthly 1000 employee subscription.
Note: Cyber Corp can upgrade/downgrade/cancel at any time as there is no lock-in. Cyber Corp could also utilise CanIPhish Partner functionality to create 10 subscriptions across 10 tenants and manage these from a single account.

4. Retail Business (LMN Clothing): Start with 50 managers before expanding to 250 employees and wants to run trainings once a month.

LMN Clothing are a retail clothing business and want to start by training their 50 managers, before expanding the training program to all their employees. LMN Clothing want to run these training exercises into the foreseeable future.
Recommended Subscription: Yearly 50 employee subscription, later upgrading to a yearly 250 employee subscription.
Note: CanIPhish provide a 33% discount for yearly subscriptions, with upgrades being prorated based on the old and new plans.
