Allowlisting - AppRiver

If you're using AppRiver, you should allowlist CanIPhish's simulated phishing emails. This article will guide you on how to add CanIPhish's IP addresses to the allowlist in AppRiver.

Adding IP Addresses to the allowlist

1. Login to the AppRiver Admin Area followed by SpamLab Admin
   
2. Select the Filters Sub-Heading
   
3. Click on the IP Addresses option in the left-side navbar
   
4. In the Allowed IP Addresses section, click the Add button and add CanIPhish Mail Server IP Addresses.
5. Click Save.

Preventing AppRiver from rewriting CanIPhish Phishing Links

To ensure CanIPhish Phishing Links aren't falsely detonated, we recommend further allowlisting the sending domains we use. To do this, please:

1. Access the Customer Portal
2. Select Email Threat Protection > Link Protection > Edit.
3. Under Policy Options, enter CanIPhish Sending Domains
