If you're using Barracuda's Email Security Gateway, you may need to allowlist CanIPhish IPs to let simulated phishing test emails and training notifications through to your recipients. Please see our Allowlisting - Quick Reference article for a full list of our IP addresses.
Allowlisting by IP in Barracuda Email Security
Follow these instructions to whitelist our mail servers by IP address*:

- Optionally, add a note in the Comment field. For example, CanIPhish Simulated Phishing IP Address.
- Click "Add" to whitelist the IP address.
*These instructions were sourced from Barracuda's allowlisting documentation.
Allowlisting Barracuda Intent Analysis
You may need to allowlist CanIPhish domains in Barracuda's Intent Analysis feature to prevent the URLs in simulated phishing tests from being altered, and potentially resulting in skewed phishing test results. To do this, please follow the below steps:
- Log in to your Barracuda Cloud Control.
- Navigate to Email Security > Inbound Settings > Anti-Phishing.
- Under the Intent section, add CanIPhish's hostnames. Make sure the Policy drop-down menu is set to Ignore.

Note: If you're using Barracuda in front of M365, you may find that M365 Direct Email Injection is the easiest route for allowlisting. Please note that if M365 DMI is in-use, you'll still need to implement allowlisting for Barracuda Intent Analysis.
