If you're using SpamTitan, you should allowlist CanIPhish's simulated phishing emails and training notifications. This article will guide you on how to add CanIPhish's IP addresses to the allowlist and greylist in SpamTitan.
Adding IP Addresses to the allowlist
By adding CanIPhish's IP addresses to the allowlist, our emails will bypass spam scoring tests and be automatically forwarded to the recipient. Follow the steps below to add the IP addresses:
- Go to "System Setup" in SpamTitan.
- Click on "Mail Relay".
- Select "IP Controls".
- Add CanIPhish's IP addresses to your allowlist. You can find our IP addresses here.
- Click "Save".
Adding IP addresses to the Greylist
If Greylisting is enabled, it's important to add CanIPhish's IP addresses to the Sender IP Exemptions to ensure that their emails are not rejected. Follow the steps below to add the IP addresses:
- Go to "System Setup" in SpamTitan.
- Click on "Mail Relay".
- Select "Greylisting".
- Add CanIPhish's IP addresses to "Sender IP Exemptions". You can find our IP addresses here.
- Click "Save".
Please let us know if you require any further assistance, you can contact our support team by clicking here. Or by sending an email to support@caniphish.com.
Note: If you're using Spam Titan in front of M365, and still have M365 email security protections enabled, please contact the CanIPhish team for support. In this case, you may need to allowlist Spam Titan IPs instead of CanIPhish. To ensure this is done correctly, the CanIPhish support team will lend a helping hand.
