Follow this support article if our traditional guidance to get automatic image downloading functioning hasn't worked. Please note, that this approach will only enable the automated downloading of images in Outlook if the device is managed and is using a Windows 10/11 Operating System.
Two approaches are available:
Using Active Directory
- Find the relevant GPO policy by going to: Domain Group Policy Editor > User Configuration > Windows Settings > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Internet Explorer > Internet Control Panel > Security Page
- Double-click the Site to Zone Assignment List policy to modify the policy.
- Enable the policy by selecting the Enabled option.
- Under the Options area, click Show.
- From the Show Contents window, enter the following domains from which CanIPhish images originate:
caniphish.s3.ap-southeast-2.amazonaws.com d1yynrqd2fp86j.cloudfront.net vmb1fx4bod.execute-api.ap-southeast-2.amazonaws.com
- For the Value, enter "2", which corresponds to "Trusted Zone".
- Click OK.
- You're all done!
Using Microsoft Intune

- Select:
Platform: Windows 10 and later
