Training Module Filters

This knowledgebase article walks through the various training filter options on both the training modules page and campaign wizard setup page.

Filtering Fields

Each filter field acts as an AND operator. For example, if the Skill Level is set to 'Intermediate' and the Training Geolocation is set to 'Global', then only training that fits both criteria will be displayed.

Multiple Options In A Filtering Field

When adding multiple values to a single filter, each value acts as an OR operator. For example, if the Skill Level filter has both the 'Intermediate' and 'Advanced' options selected, then trainings of either 'Intermediate' or 'Advanced' skill level will be displayed.

Examples

Example #1: Complex Filter with Multiple Options

Trainings that are of a 'Beginner', 'Intermediate', OR 'Advanced' difficulty AND have their Compliance Framework set to include either 'SOC2' OR 'PCI' will be displayed.
