CanIPhish provides robust multilingual support, offering out-of-the-box training modules in 29 spoken languages. To enhance accessibility, we also support closed captions (subtitles) for all spoken languages, which can be enabled by the user or configured at the tenant level for all employees.
User-Enabled Closed Captions
Individual users can enable closed captions while watching a training module video. Here’s how:
-
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) within the video player.
-
Select Captions from the dropdown menu.
-
Captions will now be displayed
Enabling Closed Captions at the Tenant Level
Admins can configure the platform to serve all training videos with closed captions enabled by default. This ensures a consistent learning experience for all users.
Steps to Enable Closed Captions for All Users:
- Navigate to Platform Settings > Appearance Settings > Learner Dashboard
- Select "On By Default" from the dropdown menu.
