If you're using Perception Point for email security, you’ll want to ensure that CanIPhish’s simulated phishing emails successfully reach your users' inboxes without being blocked or flagged. By adding CanIPhish’s Mail Server IPs and Website Domain to the Perception Point allowlist, you can guarantee their delivery. To get started, please follow the below steps.
1. Configure Sender IP Allowlist:
1.1. Login to your Perception Point Dashboard, in the left navigation menu, select Detection Setup > Allow List / Block List.
1.2. Click Add IP on the right of "Sender IP Allow List".
1.3. Configure the Allowlist as follows:
- Organization: Select the organization you would like this allowlist to apply to.

Sender IP: Specify one of the following IP Addresses (You will need to make two allowlist rules, 1 for each IP Address):

13.237.47.221 - Verdict: Select No review - always allow.
1.4. Click Add Sender IP and then repeat Step 1.3. for the second IP Address.
2. Configure URL Allowlist:
2.1. Login to your Perception Point Dashboard, in the left navigation menu, select Detection Setup > Allow List / Block List.
2.2. Click Add URL on the right of "URL Allow List".
2.3. Configure the Allowlist as follows:
- Organization: Select the organization you would like this allowlist to apply to.

URL: Specify one of the following domains (You will need to make a separate allowlist rule for each domain):
authwebmail.com
cmail31.com
securesupportcloud.com
webnotifications.net
alerting-services.com
onlineverify.net
verificationweb.net
portal-login.net
cloud-notification-services.com
authenticationsecure.com - Method: Select Domain ends with as the allowlisting method. This ensures the subdomains we use for simulated phishing will be functional.
- Verdict: Select No review - always allow.
2.4. Click Add URL and then repeat Step 2.3. for each domain.
