Allowlisting - Intermedia

If you're using Intermedia for email security, you’ll want to ensure that CanIPhish’s simulated phishing emails successfully reach your users' inboxes without being blocked or flagged. By adding CanIPhish’s Mail Server IPs as Safer Senders in Intermedia, you can guarantee their delivery. To get started, please follow the below steps.

1. Login to your Intermedia Admin Panel and then traverse to HostPilot > Services > Email Protection > Inbound Policies > select the policy > Safe Senders.

2. Under the "Add safe senders" header add the following IP Addresses which are comma seperated, and then click the "Add" button:

3.106.21.22, 13.237.47.221

3. The newly added safe senders can now be found in the list below the "Manage safe senders" header. Click the "Manage" hyperlink correlated to each allowlisted IP address.

4. Bypass every check by adding a tick next to the security check and then click "Save changes" (note: depending on your Intermedia license, some security checks may be disabled and only an information icon will be visible, meaning you don't need to disable them.).
