Allowlisting - Darktrace

If you're using Darktrace for email security, you’ll want to ensure that CanIPhish’s simulated phishing emails successfully reach your users' inboxes without being blocked or flagged. By adding CanIPhish’s Mail Server IPs and Header to your VIPRE allowlist, you can help guarantee their safe delivery. To get started, please follow the below steps.

1. Log in to your Darktrace portal

2. Go to "Models"

3. Click "+ New Model"

4. Create an inbound email model using the information and image depicted below:

• Model Details:
  • Name: "Allow CanIPhish"
  • Model is Active: toggled on
  • Automatic Actions: toggled on
  • Applies to Inbound: toggled on
  • Applies to Outbound: toggled off
• Model Actions: "Do not hold or alter"
• Model Logic: Connection IP: 3.106.21.22
