What Are Phishing Compliance Reports?
Phishing compliance reports are custom-generated reports that are designed for auditors to validate that phishing simulation compliance obligations have been met. They contain aggregated phishing data from all campaigns, with filters being used to remove any unnecessary data.
How Are Phishing Compliance Reports Generated?
To generate a phishing compliance report, go to Reporting > Compliance Dashboard (as depicted below):
Once the Compliance Dashboard is loaded, you'll be presented with the ability to generate a Phishing Compliance Report. When generating a report, there are 2 filters that can be applied:
- Date Range: Only phishing material that was sent in between the specified date range will be shown.
- Delivery Status: Only phishing emails with the specified status will be shown.
When the necessary filters have been selected, you can click the 'Generate Compliance Report' button to generate a one-off compliance report. Depending on how many employees your organization has (e.g. 1000+), the report may take 15-30 seconds to generate.
How Are Phishing Compliance Reports Exported?
When a phishing compliance report is generated, the information will be displayed in a table on-screen. To export this information, please use the export buttons that are displayed directly above this table. Notably, you'll be able to export phishing compliance information in the following formats: PDF, Excel, or CSV, with additional options to print or copy the information to your computers clipboard (as depicted below):
