Allowlisting - MPmail

If you're using MPmail, you should allowlist CanIPhish's simulated phishing emails. This article will guide you on how to add CanIPhish's IP addresses to the allowlist in MPmail.

Step 1. Go to your MPmail control panel: https://mpmail.com.au/login

Step 2. Click on Security Settings menu item

Step 3. Click on Compliance Filter sub-menu item

Step 4. Click on the Dictionaries tab

Step 5. Click on the "+ Add" button to add a new dictionary

Step 6. Name it something unique (e.g. "caniphishallowlist")

Step 7. Copy the following IP addresses and add them as entries to the allowlist

Step 8. Click Apply changes

Step 9. Click on the Rules tab

Step 10. Click on the "Add rule" button to add a new compliance filter rule

Step 11. Include the following paramters:

11a. Action = Tag as 'Clean'

11b. Type = Advanced

11c. Conditions = Match all conditions

11d. IP:

- Tick the checkbox

- Select the dropdown and click "Contained in dictionary"

- Enter the dictionary name created earlier (e.g. caniphishallowlist)

Step 12. Optionally add a description

Step 13. Click the Add button at the bottom of the screen.
