After testing the platform, you may want to reset your phishing statistics to ensure that future company-wide data remains accurate and unaffected by previous test campaigns.
To reset your phishing statistics (and phish risk statistics), follow these steps:
- Go to the Reporting page (https://caniphish.com/platform/reporting)
- Archive any active phishing campaigns. This can be done via the main Campaign page and clicking "Archive Campaign" on the relevant campaign.
- Delete any archived campaigns. This can be done by going to
- Reporting > Phishing Statistics > at the bottom of the screen you'll see "Archived Campaigns"
- Click "Configure Columns" and expose the "Actions" column
- Click Delete
- Go to the Employee Information tab on the Reporting page. Scroll to the bottom and click the "manual refresh" link:
- Wait approximately 30 seconds, and all phish risk scores should now be reset to 0.
