The CanIPhish Cloud Platform is capable of delivering four types of reports on a scheduled basis. In this article we'll walkthrough what each of these reports are, what information they include, and which audiences you may want to send them to.

High-Level Campaign Report
Generates up to 3 PDF reports that contain high-level statistics of all email phishing campaigns, voice phishing campaigns, and security awareness training campaigns. An example snippet of the phishing campaigns PDF is included below:
Intended Audience: Executives who want broad coverage of the security awareness training program
Detailed Campaign Report
Generates a PDF and CSV for each campaign that's scoped into the report. Detailed statistics for each campaign are contained in the PDF and CSV file and this reporting method covers all campaign types (i.e. email phishing, voice phishing, and security awareness training. An example snippet of the PDF and CSV files generated for a campaign are included below:

Intended Audience: Executives and IT/Security Managers who need a view into individual employee performance.
Overdue Training Report
Generates a single PDF file that includes every training assignment that is overdue. Reports can be filtered to only include trainings that were assigned within the past X days, but by default. no filter is applied. An example snippet of the PDF that's generated is included below:
Intended Audience: IT/Security/HR Managers who need a view into which employees have overdue training assignments.
Supervisor Snapshot Report
Generates a PDF file for each employee, with each report being aggregated and sent to each employee's supervisor (e.g., if a supervisor has 8 employees that report to them, then they'll receive a single email containing 8 PDF attachments, 1 for each employee). Who an employee's supervisor is, is determined by the "Supervisor Email" attribute within employee lists. If an employee does not have their "Supervisor Email" attribute populated, then no one will receive their supervisor snapshot.
Supervisor snapshot reports contain information regarding the employee's performance across all aspects of the platform. Information displayed includes their phishing campaign interactions, training assignment completions, dark web breach exposure, badges earned, calculated human risk score, along with supplementary factors used to calculate their human risk score.
Intended Audience: The direct supervisor of individual employees.
