The CanIPhish Cloud Platform is capable of delivering emails (both simulated phishing and notifications) through four different methods. In this support article we'll briefly outline what these four methods are and provide links to supplementary implementation guidance so you can get set up.
Email Delivery Provider Methods
- CanIPhish: This is the default delivery provider. When using this delivery method, emails are sent via SMTP using CanIPhish's own SMTP servers.
- Google Workspace Direct Email Injection: This uses Google Workspace's API to programmatically inject emails into users inboxes. This method is only suitable for Google Workspace Customers.
- Microsoft 365 Direct Email Injection: This uses Microsoft's Graph API to programmatically inject emails into users inboxes. This method is only suitable for Microsoft 365 Customers.
- Third-Party SMTP Server: This uses an SMTP server that you control. CanIPhish will send emails to your SMTP server, and you then send these emails to the intended destination/recipient.
