Allowlist Phishing Websites in Windows SmartScreen

You can configure a Microsoft Defender SmartScreen allowlist through Group Policy. To do this, follow the steps below:

1. Add the CanIPhish phishing website domains to Trusted Sites Zone by following the steps in this Group Policy – Internet Explorer Security Zones article.
2. In your Group Policy Management Editor, navigate to:
   Windows Components\Internet Explorer\Internet Control Panel\Security Page\Trusted Sites Zone
3. Then, change the Turn on SmartScreen Filter scan state to Disabled.
